All room rates include complimentary hot breakfast buffet, served daily in our poolfront atrium as well as complimentary newspapers and parking. The hotel charges a $1.00 per night city assessment fee. This fee is not included in your reservation total, and will be charged upon check-out from the hotel.

Travel Green

The Ramada Carlsbad has adopted the following green practices: Linen & Towel Reuse Program: Guests are asked to use their bed linens and towels more than once which saves water, energy, and detergent. This can make a large impact, potentially saving 7,500 gallons of water and 50 gallons of detergent each month. Compact Fluorescent Light Bulbs: CFLs use less energy, which means utility plants burn less coal, leavng the world with cleaner air. ECO-SENSE Laundry Products: 90% of our laundry chemicals contain no chemical ingredients that appear on EPA's persistent, bioaccumulative and/or toxic list of chemicals. All ECO-SENSE products are non-hazardous, readily biodegradable and packaged in recyclable containers. ECO-SENSE products meet or exceed the criterion 3.4.3 for cleaners in the Green Seal Environmental Standard for Lodging properties (GS-33). Recycle Bins: Ramada Carlsbad by the Sea collects all paper and cardboard in our staff areas as well as cans and bottles in our staff and public areas in an effort to conserve reusable waste. Low Flow Showerheads: Moen Revolution showerheads use only 2.5 gallons of water per minute. Foam Soap: Foaming hand soaps can be found in all of our public restrooms and staff areas. Foaming hand soap is biodegradable and positively impacts the environment by causing less chemical and water waste. Eco Friendly Furniture: 75% of our furniture has been refinished with a non-toxic water based stain, which significantly reduces our carbon footprint.

Catalina Room Our Catalina Room offers 500 square feet of space and is fully air-conditioned. For your convenience this meeting room has its own his and her restrooms. Room is equipped with marker board, screen, easel, wireless DSL, television and VCR. Outside catering is available.

Pacific Room For a more intimate setting, our Pacific Room accommodates 8 people around its grand Cherrywood table. Room is equipped with marker board, screen, easel, wireless DSL, television and VCR. Outside catering is available.

• Pet Policy: Dogs and cats under 50 pounds allowed in one bedroom suites with one queen beds. There is a $25.00 per day fee, maximum of two pets per room. You must notify hotel of pets prior to arrival and register your pets with the front desk at check in.
